Getting started

Before beginning your personal training journey with us, we ask that you complete a quick and confidential online intake form. With this information, your trainer can begin designing your initial sessions - taking into account your current lifestyle, fitness level, goals, past experiences (good and bad), age and any current or past injuries or conditions.

Our personal training sessions

Our sessions generally combine functional exercise equipment and can include a variety of proven training methods, some of which include: resistance training, high-intensity interval training methods like circuit and Tabata, calisthenics (bodyweight exercise), and traditional weight lifting. The result is highly dynamic, rewarding and results-driven personal training sessions.

Our personal training locations

We offer personal training sessions in Barcelona and Sant Cugat. Thanks to an idyllic climate and infrastructure perfectly suited to outdoor exercise, we regularly take our workouts outdoors.

If working out outdoors isn't to your liking, it's no problem. We also offer sessions at your gym, office, at home or at the location of your choosing (pending availability).
