Who is the plan for?
The plan is suitable for anyone looking to keep active during the quarantine. All of the exercises and workouts are bodyweight specific and can be adapted to suit most fitness levels (excluding clients over 60 and those with little previous physical conditioning).
Whether you’re a competitive triathlete, soul cycle junkie, or barely used the last gym pass you bought for the new year, you’ll see great benefits with this program. It’s flexible, offers a great full-body workout and will hold you accountable to get your workouts done!
If you have access to dumbbells and equipment, you can throw them into the mix to increase the resistance to suit your needs and fitness level.
How it works? Step by step
STEP 1
Select your chosen QuaranTone workout plan above and use the online check out. If you’re using a desktop, scroll to the top of the page to find your cart.
STEP 2
Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive your invitation to complete your Trainerize profile, fill out the e-consultation form, download the app and follow the app walk through.
Step 3
Gain direct access to your program. There will a full calendar of weekly workouts waiting for you that get progressively more difficult over the course of the program.
Step 4
Start your program and track your workouts and progress using the app.
Who is my trainer Martin Ebner?
Martin is a Scottish-born certified personal trainer, sports nutrition specialist and the founder of Ebylife, based in beautiful Barcelona.
