He understands the demands of managing a household, a career and a social life in a city where most gym instruction happens in Spanish.

Martin’s approach emphasises sustainable strength development over quick fixes. Rather than promising dramatic results, he develops programs that fit realistically within your life while delivering real results that last. Martin aims to create such a positive experience with his clients that training becomes a non-negotiable part of their routine.

Martin holds ACE Level-3 and ENADE Level-3 certifications alongside a British Red Cross First Aid at Work qualification.
