Step 1: Initial Contact: To initiate the process, send us a WhatsApp message or fill out our online intake form. 

Step 2: Brief Assessment: Complete a short questionnaire about your goals, current activity level, schedule and any limitations. This helps Martin develop and plan your initial training session.

Step 3: First Session: The Initial sessions are often light and include a physical assessment and introduction to key movements. 

Step 4: Ongoing Progress: Regular sessions (typically 1-3 times weekly) build consistency and momentum. Your programme adjusts as you develop strength, confidence and capability. Martin addresses every client’s well-being at the beginning of each session and adapts volume and intensity accordingly.
